it'd've been nice to make a true compression effect with PSP or other true image processing software, along with ocean-colored leads along the fingerprint lines. As it is, it is of poor quality and unfit for print except for really small leaflets. the other original is from .edu and the other is from .gov so I guess artistic licence applies. Anyway both are somewhat modified
